Built by the Journey

You run the crews. We bring the jobs.

Websites and social media that get homeowners in your towns calling you directly, not HomeAdvisor. Plus custom tools that give your crews hours back.

Requests from the towns you actually serve.

Homeowners search for "patio installer Natick" or "lawn care Shrewsbury," not for your company name. If your website doesn't have a page for their town, a lead site gets the call and sells it back to you.

  • A page for every town you work in, written for the jobs you want more of
  • A quote form that reaches your phone, not a call center
  • Only landscapers. Only Massachusetts.

Example requests, to show what a site built around your towns is for.

Same company. A different first impression.

What a homeowner sees in the first five seconds, before they decide whether to call you.

Before
  1. No town or service names, so Google can't match it to "patio installer Natick"
  2. No photos of your work, so homeowners can't judge it
  3. No quote form or phone button, so they go back to search
After
  1. Towns and services right in the headline, the way people search
  2. Real photos of your projects
  3. Quote and call buttons up top, sent straight to your phone

Got an idea that would save your crews time? We'll build it.

Not every problem is a website. If something eats hours every week, we can build a tool for it on request, shaped around how your company actually runs. A few ideas:

"Where are my crews right now?"

Crew and truck tracker

A live map from your crews' phones. See who's on site, who's driving, and how long each job took. No hardware in the trucks.

"Quotes eat my evenings."

Quote builder

Price a patio, cleanup or mulch job from the driveway in a couple of minutes, and text it before you leave.

"Customers call to ask when we're coming."

Automatic customer texts

"Your crew is on the way" and "All done, here are the photos", sent without anyone picking up a phone.

"Payroll Fridays take all day."

Crew timesheets

Crews clock in and out at each property from their phones. Hours land in one sheet, ready for payroll.

"Snow nights are chaos."

Snow route board

Every lot on one screen: plowed, salted or waiting, updated by the drivers as they go.

Something else on your mind?

Tell us the problem. If it costs you hours every week, it's probably worth building.

How a new website comes together

  1. Free audit

A short video of your website and how you show up when people search in your towns.

  2. Free mockup

If you want to go further, we design your new homepage before you pay anything.

  3. We build it

A short questionnaire by email and a folder of job photos. We write the pages, you approve them.

  4. Live before spring

About 3 weeks later your site is live, ready for the calls that start in March.

Who you'll work with

"We only work with landscaping companies in Massachusetts. You deal with the same small team from the first audit to launch day, all by email."

Questions landscapers ask

I already have a website. Do I need a new one?

Not always. The free audit shows what's holding your site back. Sometimes the $500 fixes are enough, and we'll tell you if they are.

I'm busy all season. How much of my time does this take?

About an hour in total, all by email: answering a short questionnaire, sending us job photos from your phone, and reviewing the pages before they go live. No calls to schedule in the middle of your season.

Do I have to write anything?

No. We write every page from your answers and your reviews. You just approve it or tell us what to change.

Do I own the website?

Yes. The domain and the website are in your name. You're not renting it, and you keep it if we stop working together.

Can you build something that isn't a website?

Yes. If something eats hours every week, like tracking crews, quoting, timesheets or texting customers, we can build a tool for it. Describe it by email, we'll reply with a few questions, then give you one price for the whole project.

Is there a contract?

No 12-month contracts. Websites are a one-time price, and the monthly plan runs month to month.

Why only landscapers in Massachusetts?

Because we know the work, the seasons and the towns. Spring cleanups, fall cleanups, snow contracts, Natick versus Plymouth. Your website should sound like you, not like a template.
